Our web shop is operated by Shopify. After a successful checkout we will send you an e-mail confirmation of your order. The confirmation e-mail may contain further tasks (like SEPA transfer) to complete the order. As soon as the order fully paid (purchase) we will send you a confirmation in e-mail.
If you have purchased a shipping item from our webshop (such as cap or T-shirt) the printed invoice will be packed together with the shipment.
Courses and Packages
If you have purchased a sailing package including accommodation we will handle the printed invoice at your check-in to the hotel.
If you have purchased a sailing course without accommodation we will handle the printed invoice at your first lesson.
If you would like to receive the invoice by e-mail instead of personal handling, please let us know by sending a notice by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. This case the invoice will be mailed to your Billing Address specified at the time of purchase.
In the case of the cancellation of Your services, the invoice or credit note about the applicable items (see our Cancellation Policy) will be mailed to your Billing Address specified at the time of purchase.
